Joseph brings more than 15 years of design and construction experience to DIA. His portfolio spans the full spectrum of commercial project management, from small retail to large industrial, but his deepest passion for architecture focuses on single family home design.

Joseph currently directs DIA Homes, a division of DIA focused on helping homeowners take their renovation and custom home projects from concept through construction.  

Outside of the office, Joseph dedicates his time to his wife and two children. Whether it’s frisbee golf, a hike through the Smokies, or playing the guitar, Joe and his family look for every opportunity to live and love.
