Henderson Parkway

This mixed-use development consists of three distinct buildings. One is a 10,000-square-foot grocery store, the second is a 4,500-square-foot restaurant, and the third (shown here) is a 24,00-square-foot retail/restaurant shopping center on the lower level plus 27,000 square feet of class-A office space on the upper level. The seven-acre site is located at one the busiest intersections in the Alpharetta, Georgia, area.

The design is intended to reflect an urban feel with covered walkways and outdoor patio dining, which are visible from the second-floor offices above. A rotunda element helps anchor the corner at the two intersecting streets.
