HP Pelzer

Design Innovation Architects (DIA) was selected to partner with the contractor for this design/build project. We performed complete design services from design development to construction administration. HP Pelzer’s design meets the requirements for the manufacturing of automotive parts. This state-of-the-art manufacturing facility will serve as the company’s North American corporate headquarters.

It is the first building in the new Mt. Verde Industrial Park in Athens, Tennessee, and the benchmark for all future projects in the industrial park. The building has been designed for specific equipment, warehousing and distribution, and is adaptable to plans for significant future expansion.
