Lakeside Retreat

This approximately 16,000 SF home brings a grand and modern look to the Tennessee lake front vernacular. The design of this home was conceived by Moody Nolan architecture in Ohio and brought to DIA by Johnson and Galyon Construction.

As the Architects of Record, our team has worked to take the design concept through construction, overseeing both the construction detailing and project management.

The scope of work includes a main and guest wing comprising of 8 bedrooms with full baths and  independent living and dining areas; a walkout basement with rec room, exercise room, and art studio; a pool deck with infinity edge pool and three screened porches; and finally a master suite overlooking the lake.
