Born in raised in Big Sky Country, Montana, Charli joined the United States Air Force right out of high school working with hundreds of military personnel, aircrew and currently serves as Commanders’ direct point of contact for Human Resource and Administrative Management.

In 2015, Charli began her design journey through Montana State University’s Interior Design program. Starting as an intern within a high-end residential company, Charli worked in the world’s most elite private ski resort, golf and adventure community – Yellowstone Club. During her college years, she learned the ins and outs of Revit, spatial planning, custom upholstered furnishings and the skills required to be a high-end designer… every detail matters.

After graduating with honors, she continued her education through University of Maryland’s Human Resource Management program while opening an Interior Design business of her own. One by one, she worked with clients throughout California, Montana and East Tennessee. She later moved to Knoxville, became a vital asset to the corporate world of sales, carried out several interior projects and began to expand her knowledge on architecture and construction. Charli honorably became a member of the DIA family in 2022 working on large scale commercial and hospitality projects.

Charli is motivated to empower everyone around her and always makes a goal to articulate that through her designs. She believes the people who hold true to their word are the people to hold on to in life. She commits herself in doing things right the first time, keeping standards high and always remembering to be true to who she is.

Charli’s interests and hobbies include fishing, hiking, lake days, snow skiing, dancing, watching football and spending quality time with family, friends and her two cats “the girls”. “Life is short and if it involves having a good time, you can bet I’ll be there!”
