Morgan has over 15 years of experience as a Civil Engineer including environmental remediation and permitting, power generation site development, office and industrial business parks land development, and highway design and infrastructure construction. Morgan works to assist his clients to maximize the use of their property without causing downstream damages and helping to restore many brownfield sites to allow for future re-use for the public’s safety. In order to accomplish these goals Morgan has learned to work with many diverse teams of engineers, architects, scientists, contractors, clients, and regulators.

Outside of work, Morgan is active with his kids youth groups and serving as the Troop Captain for Saint George Troop 311. Morgan enjoys traveling with his family around to various parks, beaches, and historical landmarks. Morgan’s goals are to visit all MLB ballparks and hike the Appalachian Trail.
