128 South Gay Street
When the owners purchased this circa 1930 building to use as their new residence, they knew from the start that renovations were necessary. It had many modern conveniences, but was still lacking some important features. As is typical with many of the older buildings in Downtown Knoxville, this building lacked a parking garage with direct access. DIA was able to design a plan to give them their desired garage, as well as balcony space above. We were able to address all historic zoning issues and develop a plan that answered each and every of their needs.
