Condo Balcony Addition

This 800 SF addition will be constructed in Knoxville’s Northshore Town Center. The Scope of work includes a new pool and hot tub with connected lanai seating area at ground level, 2nd level dining and living room with private balconies overlooking the pool and town center park, and 3rd level roof top deck. Exposed steel and whitewash brick provide a clean and contemporary feel to the neighborhood scene.
