DelConca

DelConca, an Italian tile manufacturer with an international client base, built this new facility in the United States to better accommodate their growing distribution needs. Not only was Design Innovation Architects (DIA) an integral part of the team instrumental in DelConca’s decision to choose Loudon County, we were also on the team selected to design and construct this manufacturing facility.

The facility consists of separate buildings to house a showroom for product display and office space; and manufacturing. The manufacturing facility required specialized features such as high bay spaces for silos, complex equipment process and foundations, and space for warehousing and distribution. Considerations were also made for a future expansion of 100,000 square feet.
