Discovery Communication Fitness and Wellness Center

DIA was selected as part of a Design Build team to remodel the Fitness and Wellness Center for Discovery National Operations Headquarters in Knoxville, Tennessee. DIA provided all components of the design through construction administration. The new Fitness Center included areas for Cardio Equipment and Weights, as well as equipment storage. The Wellness Center included a reception/waiting area, exam and consult rooms, physician office, laboratory, as well as other auxiliary rooms. The result was an inviting space for staff to take advantage of Discovery Communications encouragement of staff well-being.
