Ellenwood Towne Center

Following the successful teaming of Design Innovation Architects (DIA) & FMP Real Estate Services on a retail project in Alpharetta, Georgia, developer Mike Parish decided once again to team up with DIA on this retail development in Ellenwood, Georgia.


DIA provided assistance with the masterplanning and marketing drawings for this four-phase long-range development masterplan—and then began the design work towards the construction of Phase I.


The Phase I site is adjacent to a Walmart parcel and will contain 77,000 square feet of retail spaces, including some custom-designed to fit the tenant’s specifications and five potential out parcels. DIA will provide all design services including the coordination of the civil engineering and landscape architecture.
