First Watch Bearden Hill

First Watch Bearden Hill sits atop Bearden Hill facing the commercial district of Kingston Pike, with auxiliary offices on the south side of the building, capturing the spectacular views of the Great Smoky Mountains. The building was situated on the site to create a courtyard for seating, as well as access to the offices on the rear side of the building.

Design Innovation Architects (DIA) delivered the design of a uniquely prestigious, but not over the top building. The massing clearly defines the main tenant entry, with the balance of the building façades being a fine mix of materials and the arrangement of the windows and doors to further enhance the project massing.
