Henderson Parkway

This mixed-use development consists of three distinct buildings: one is a 10,000 sq. ft. grocery store, the second is a 4,500 sq. ft. restaurant, and the third (shown here) is a 24,000 sq. ft. retail/restaurant shopping center on the lower level plus 27,000 square feet of class-A office space on the upper level. The 7-acre site is located at one the busiest intersections in the Alpharetta, Georgia area.

The design is intended to reflect an urban feel with covered walkways and outdoor patio dining, which are visible from the second-floor offices above. A rotunda element helps anchor the corner at the two intersecting streets.
