Design Innovation Architects (DIA) was asked to design a three-story, 33,500-square-foot office building located off Interstate 40 and Gallaher View Road, with a main tenant occupying the top two floors and the balance used as office space for rent.

What materialized from the numerous constraints of this project is a functional, aesthetically pleasing structure meeting the client’s parameters.

The client wanted a signature building in Knoxville. The glass portion of the structure is designed to exemplify a modernistic progressive building while the brick is designed to deliver a strong, down-to-earth traditional feeling.
