Norwood Family Medical Practice

Design Innovation Architects (DIA) was asked to design a new two-story 10,000-square-foot facility for use as a clinic by two healthcare providers, and to renovate an existing 5,000-square-foot structure. DIA demonstrated to the client that by utilizing a split-level parking lot, two buildings could be accommodated on this tight 1.1-acre site, thus making the project pro forma feasible.

The new facility’s exterior design respects the adjacent residential neighborhood in both scale and style, yet presents a professional image, reflecting the doctors’ commitment to their patients and their community.
