Offices At Water’s Edge

Site masterplanning services were provided to maximize the site’s building capacity while capitalizing on an existing lake as the major attraction. Site amenities include lakefront patios and boardwalks, a waterfall feature, and lake fountains.

Design Innovation Architects (DIA) also provided the design services for Buildings 1 and 2, consisting of 27,000 square feet and 15,000 square feet respectively. Building 1 is a three-story owner-occupied office building for Rodefer Moss, CPA, as well as RM Technologies. Building 2 is a three-story office building designed for multiple tenants, with a dental clinic occupying the first floor. Building 1’s mechanical system is a chilled water VAV system.
