River Towne Condominiums

This new riverfront development is built on five acres in in downtown Knoxville. The project will consist of 50 condominium units with surface and garage parking, along with a riverside outdoor pool and recreation area and a 20-boat slip marina. A substantial portion of the property will remain in its natural state, with walking trails within.

Design Innovation Architects (DIA) provided the relevant application services and coordinated with the TVA and Historic Certifications to facilitate the approval of the development within the TVA’s flowage easement.
