Tyson Court

Happy Holler, one of Knoxville’s most interesting and historic downtown area neighborhoods, will be getting a brand new contemporary styled apartment building. TYSON COURT, located at 822 Jennings Avenue is directly overlooking Knoxville’s most historic 13 acre beautiful Old Grey Cemetery. The 3-story 30 unit apartment building is actually comprised of 2 separate buildings connected by covered stairways and walkways in a courtyard. Tyson Court will also become neighbor to the RCN Technologies new home office in the renovated 2-story historic brick building located at the corner of Tyson Street and Jennings Avenue. Together these building will make a significant contribution to Happy Holler’s resurgence as Knoxville’s most interesting variety of business, living and entertainment. Both projects are due to start construction this later this winter and early spring 2018.
