Wonder Porcelain

DIA is currently providing complete design services to Wonder Porcelain Tile for a 480,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility as well as a 20,000 sq. ft. space for offices and a showroom for the first of two phases for this project. When completed, this tile facility will be the most advanced state of the art tile manufacturing facility in the United States; utilizing Italian made tile manufacturing equipment. This is the first domestic tile manufacturing facility in the U.S. for the Chinese owned Wonder Porcelain and Tile Company. Phase 2, which is scheduled to begin shortly after the completion of Phase 1, will double the size of the facility, making it close to 1 million square feet in total size. DIA also provided site masterplanning services to include auxiliary buildings for use by both management and staff.
