100 N. Central – Patrick Sullivan’s

After sitting empty for a few years, the building where Patrick Sullivan’s bar and restaurant once stood was purchased for a major renovation. The wishes of the new owner were simple: restore this once regal building back to its original glory. The building exterior was restored with a complete façade renovation, while the interior received an entire finish remodel, including updating the equipment and HVAC system.

This building is now home to the Lonesome Dove restaurant. The design services for the complex build-out of the restaurant were also provided by Design Innovation Architects (DIA).
