After sitting empty for a few years, the building where Patrick Sullivan’s bar and restaurant once stood was purchased for a major renovation. The wishes of the new owner were simple: restore this once-regal building back to its original glory. The building has been restored with a complete facade renovation, while the interior received an entire finish remodel, including updating the equipment and HVAC system.

The next step in this wonderful make-over is to locate the perfect tenant to compliment the history of this building.
