Lonesome Dove

After completing restorations on 100 N. Central, the former location of Patrick Sullivan’s bar and restaurant; which included a complete façade renovation, finish remodel of the interior, and updating the equipment and HVAC system; Design Innovation Architects (DIA) provided complete design services for the complex build-out of the Lonesome Dove restaurant to the specific needs of the owner. Three separate kitchens were incorporated into the design to accommodate the varied dining areas.
